微极各向同性弹性板中的Rayleigh-Lamb波

研究了无应力作用条件下，均匀、各向同性、圆柱形微极结构弹性板中波的传播．导出了对称和斜对称模式下波传播的特征方程．对短波这一极端情况，无应力圆板中对称和斜对称模态波的特征方程退化为Pmyle曲表面波频率方程．并得到薄板的计算结果．给出了位移和微转动分量，并绘制了相应图形．给出了若干特殊情况的研究结果及对称和斜对称模态特征方程的图示．     

Acetylene weak bands at 2.5 μm from intracavity Cr:ZnSe laser absorption observed with time-resolved Fourier transform spectroscopy

The spectral dynamics of a mid-infrared multimode Cr(2+):ZnSe laser located in a vacuum sealed chamber containing acetylene at low pressure is analyzed by a stepping-mode high-resolution time-resolved Fourier transform interferometer. Doppler-limited absorption spectra of C(2)H(2) in natural isotopic abundance are recorded around 4000 cm(-1) with kilometric absorption path lengths and sensitivities better than 3 10(-8) cm(-1). Two cold bands are newly identified and assigned to the ν(1)+ν(4) (1) and ν(3)+ν(5) (1) transitions of (12)C(13)CH(2). The ν(1)+ν(5) (1) band of (12)C(2)HD and fourteen (12)C(2)H(2) bands are observed, among which for the first time ν(2)+2ν(4) (2)+ν(5) (-1).     

15C的中子晕结构研究

实验测量了83A MeV ^14,15C的核反应总截面(σ_R)及¹⁵C产生^14,15C和¹⁴C产生¹³C的动量分布(P_//). 分析得到了¹⁵C产生¹⁴C和¹³C的动量分布半高宽(FWHM)分别为71±9MeV/c和223±28MeV/c, 而¹⁴C产生¹³C的FWHM为195±21MeV/c. 从¹⁵C和¹⁴C产生¹³C的FWHM与Goldhaber模型的预言基本一致. 而¹⁵C产生¹⁴C的FWHM却要比该模型计算小得多. 同时观测到¹⁵C的σ_R比相邻核有反常增加. 在Glauber模型框架中, 对实验测得的P_//和σ_R进行了探讨. P_//和σ_R的分析结果同时显示¹⁵C的最后一个中主要处于s_1/2态, 具有中子晕结构.     

25MeV/u6He+9Be反应的轻粒子发射

在25MeV/u ⁶He与⁹Be靶的反应中,107°和128°处明显地观察到了轻粒子发射.粒子能谱形状与平衡热源蒸发相一致,分析得到热源的核温度为完全熔合条件下的5.6MeV或非完全熔合条件下的5.2MeV .实验发现发射氚的数量特别大,这可能与目前广泛研究的⁶He的集团结构和同位旋效应有关.     

纳米硅薄膜光吸收谱的研究

用恒定光电导法测量了纳米硅(其晶粒尺寸为3-5nm,晶态成分比X_c为45％—50％)薄膜在0.9—2.5eV范围的光吸收谱。分析了在不同光子能量范围可能存在的对光电导作主要贡献的几种光跃迁过程,以及随着X_c的增加,材料由非晶、微晶转变为纳米硅薄膜时光吸收谱的变化。发现纳米硅晶粒之间的界面区(平均厚度约为1nm)中载流子的跃迁及传输过程对整个范围的光吸收谱起主导作用。联系纳米硅的这种特殊结构解释了有关实验结果。 关键词：     

脉冲星射电光度的估计及其演化规律的研究

本文从极冠模型出发导出辐射束的强度分布和新的光度公式.新的光度公式无需对磁倾角和视线扫过辐射束的部位作出假定,采用新的射电光度值来研究光度的演化规律,发现在周期和周期变率的整个取值范围内射电光度可以用关系式L∝(B/P²)^1.1和L∝Q’^-1.4来描写.这和近几年流行的光度规律不同.

Iterative solutions for low lying excited states of a class of SchrSdinger equation

The convergent iterative procedure for solving the groundstate Schr?dinger equation is extended to derive the excitation energy and the wavefunction of the low-lying excited states. The method is applied to the one-dimensional quartic potential problem. The results show that the iterative solution converges rapidly when the coupling g is not too small.
